Description: LOWER NURSERY INAUGURATION CEREMONY - 11.06.2022
The academic year 2022-2023 marks the introduction of Lower Nursery in Loreto House. The new Lower Nursery classroom was inaugurated on Saturday, 11th June, 2022 by Sr. Geraldine, the Secretary of the Managing Committee of Loreto House. A prayer service was held and Fr. Michael, blessed the classroom.
The space for this new extension of Loreto House was generously gifted by the Loreto House Community. Many of the Sisters were present to bless the little ones who will now enjoy the room which once held happy memories for the nuns.
The Lower Nursery classroom which is situated beside the Concert Hall, is a beautiful and spacious room. It has been thoughtfully arranged with all the amenities that the tiny tots will require. Sr. Agnes, the former Secretary of the Managing Committee and Mrs. Gomes, our Principal, initiated, directed and accomplished this mammoth task.
We pray that our tiny three year olds enjoy their first year at school and have a fifteen-year-long, happy school life at Loreto House. May it be a place of joy, love, laughter and learning for the newest members of the Loreto Family.
