Earth Day Celebration, 22 April, 2017
Earth Day is celebrated on April 22, that marks the anniversary of the birth of the modern environmental movement in 1970. The idea for a national day to focus on the environment came to the founder Gaylord Nelson when he witnessed massive oil spills in California.
This year we as a school have decided to celebrate a ‘Green and Clean Week’ which will span from today 21.04.2017 to 28.04.2017.
