Description: On the 8th of February, Classes 6,7 and 8 attended a programme on Cyber Crime. Mr Amit Chatterjee, Mr. Alok Mondal and Mr. Apurbo Majhi from the Kolkata Police Cyber Crime Department in Lal Bazaar addressed us on the harmful effects of using social media cyber crimes such as hacking, spamming and phishing. They also told us about how people can make fake profiles to harass and threaten us and also shared with us real-life cases based on this. They told us about precautions and preventions we should take while using the internet. It was an interactive and very enlightening session where we learnt a lot.
