Description: The LTS held the Teen Ductus, Edition 7, 2017 from 23rd November to 27th November 2017. The Conclave was held at the LTS centre to develop leadership skills in children. With this objective of inculcating leadership training in young minds, Father John Rogers addressed us and inspired us with his words like ‘Present Continuous is Future’. The Conclave was inaugurated by Father Asid from Jaipur. There were 8 participating schools giving us a total of 44 students to interact with. During the Conclave, the students were asked to play games like ‘Fire in the mountain’, ‘Tower of Sugar Cubes’ and ‘The Ball Games’. The students along with the coordinating team went to Kolkata site seeing and exploring places like Mother Teresa Home, St. Paul’s Cathedral Church, Indian Museum, Science City and Nicco Park. Father Rogers also organized a session with Mrs Shashi Bhargava who taught the students on Financial Management. On the last day Mr Ankit, an LTSer and research analyst introduced us to group discussion and gave us tips. The Conclave was formally declared closed by Mrs Singh from Jaipur. The Conclave as a whole was really knowledgeable and fun.
