Description: Aalia Hussain and Samaira Jain of Class 10(2) attended the preliminary round of the SLOBA-Annual Inter-School Debate at St. Lawrence High School on 6th August 2023.
The motion for the debate was "Discourse is now driven by technology rather than the mind". Aalia and Samaira were selected as one of the 10 teams out of 20 teams to participate in the finals.
On 11th August, they attended the finals at St.Lawrence High School. The motion for the final debate was "Today compulsions override personal choices". The participants enjoyed being a part of the competition and it was an enriching experience them.
