Description: On the morning of 2nd July, 2017, Sunday, several LTSers gathered on the grounds of Shree Shikshayatan College. The event began after registration. The event began with each LTSers filling out an aptitude test. This was followed by an ice breaking session. In the session, we were asked to find ten people who fit any of the five categories that we were given. In the first twenty minutes, we were able to familiarise ourselves with most people. It was followed by two events, one of which was called “In the Event of Fire”. In this event, we had to list ten of the most important items we would take with us in the event of a fire. We were asked to state our reasons as well. Then we got into groups and made a common list of things. The second event was quite an enjoyable game. We were first put into groups and given a ping-pong ball. We were asked to pass the ball to each member of the group to complete one full round. We had to complete the task in as little time as possible. The next event was the career counselling. Experts from different fields were invited to address us. Experts in the fields of psychology, media, education, law and various others were present to address us and answer our questions. The last event was the celebration for the foundation of the LTS. All LTSers cut the birthday cake for the LTS. It was followed by a dance performance by the students of Loreto House and singing by the students of Gospel Home School. The event ended with all LTSers singing the LTS anthem. It was a wonderful experience for all the LTSers and all participants learnt a great deal that will help them in their future.
