1. O Lord God, Our Father, we worship and glorify you
for your greatness and your goodness. You are the
Infinite Being who is responsible for the whole of
creation. We bow before you in adoration and
reverence. We thank you for creating us, for the gift of
life, for loving us and cherishing us and for living in us and
constantly holding us in being. Since you have given us all we have and are, we
have nothing to offer you except
our love. Father, we love you.
2. Almighty God, my loving Father. I love You with my whole
heart and above all things I offer You all my thoughts,
words and actions, and ask you to bless me during this
day. Help me so that I may always know, love and serve
You, and be eternally happy with You after death.
3. Our Father in heaven, holy be Your name, Your Kingdom
come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us
today our daily bread and forgive us our sins as we
forgive those who sin against us. Do not bring us to the
test but deliver us from evil. Amen.
4. Lord, teach me to be generous, To serve You as You deserve,
To give and not to count the cost,
To fight and not to heed the wounds, To toil and not to seek for rest,
To labor and to ask for no reward
Save that of knowing that I do your will, O Lord.
5. Today, O God, make me
courageous enough to face things of which
I am afraid strong enough to overcome
temptations and do the right thing;
persevering enough to finish every
task that is given to me to do
kind enough always to be ready to help others.
Help me to live in purity, to speak in truth,
to act in love, all through today.
6. O God, thank you for all the people and the things which
make such a difference to my life.
Thank you for my parents and for all that they do for
me; my home and for all the happiness and the comfort
which are always waiting there for me; my friends in
whose company I am happy; my school and for
everything I learn here; my teachers and domestic staff
who help me in every way. Thank you God, for these and
all that You have given me and above all,
thank you, Lord, for giving me yourself.
India is my country, all Indians
are my brothers and sisters
I love my country and I am proud of
its rich and varied heritage. I shall
always strive to be worthy of it
I shall give my parents, teachers and
all elders respect, and treat
everyone with courtesy.
I shall be kind to everyone. To my
country and my people, I pledge my
devotion.
In their well-being and prosperity
alone lies my happiness.

MOTHER OF ALL THAT IS PURE & GLAD
Mother of all that is pure and glad,
All that is bright and blest,
As we have taken our toil to Thee
So we will take our rest,
Take Thou and bless our holiday
O Causa Nostrae Laetitiae
Smile upon all that is dear to us,
Smile on our school and home
Smile on the days we are passing now,
Smile on the years to come,
Brighten our work and gladden our play,
O Causa Nostrae Laetitiae
Be with us, Mother from morn till eve,
Thou and Thy Blessed Son,
Keep us from all that is grief to you,
Till the weeks and the months are run,
Thine be we still, when grave or gay
O Causa Nostrae Laetitiae.
